Click on the link below to have some fun with triangles and see if it is true that the interior angles of a triangle add up to 180 degrees!
See if you can make an equilateral triangle, an isosceles triangle and a scalene triangle. Take the quiz ... it is a little tricky as some of the angles are measured in decimals! But I know you can do it! Good luck! https://www.mathsisfun.com/proof180deg.html Please remember to complete your neighbourhood map and story. I will wait till Friday before I create a slideshow of all the maps! So remember the deadline! Please send me your stories as soon as possible!! Here is Mustafa's map and his story for inspiration!! Well done to Mustafa! I live in a very big white house on a street called Pamba crescent in a neighbourhood called Masaki. Pamba means decoration and I think this name was given because all the houses on our street have front gardens which have been looked after. The gardens have trimmed bushes, a variety of trees and plants, colourful flowers which look neat. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. There is a mini shop where we buy our sodas from. Next to it is a lady that cooks and serves breakfast and lunch to local people that live and work in the area. Sometimes me and my brother would go walking or cycling around our neighborhood. Me and my family would go to a place called Coco Beach at the weekends. There we eat the local food, watch the sea and smell the fresh air. If there is any thing I would change are the roads. I know they look perfect on the map but in real life it is just sand and rocks. I would like it to be smooth tarmac so I can go faster when riding my bicycle. New Seating Plan in 5McA! What do you think of the new seating plan? What are your thoughts about a team name and table points?? Leave a comment please! Well, we wrote a story about bananas and now we have bananas in maths!
