Carter's Celebrated Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Ingredients:
Method:
1. Heat oven to 180°c / 375°f.
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy with an electric
4. Add the eggs one at a time. Take a wooden spoon and make sure to
scrape the bottom of the bowl before incorporating the other egg.
5. Add the vanilla
6. Set mixer on a lower speed and gradually add the flour mixture a cup at a time
7. Remove mixture and with a wooden spoon, add chocolate chips to the dough
8. At this point, dough can be baked or rolled into a log and kept for a day in
the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months. If rolled, dough can be sliced into
equal size rounds, about 1cm thick and baked.
9. Baking – Place cookie dough slices or spoon full drops on a baking sheet
– careful not to crowd dough. The dough will need space to grow.
10. Bake for 9 – 11 minutes or until golden brown.
11. Cool on a baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving. Let cookie cool
completely before storing or consuming...and enjoy!!
